Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE Ingredients: Unsweetened Almond Milk - 3/4 Cup Large Banana - 1 (Cut into chunks and frozen) Creamy Peanut Butter - 2 Tablespoons Yoghurt - 1/2 Cup Ground Cinnamon - 1/4 Teaspoon Ice (Optional) Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate) - 1/2 Scoop (Optional) Flaxseed Meal - 1 Tablespoon (Optional) Chia Seed - 1 Tablespoon (Optional) Instructions: Step 1:     Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed: Almond Milk, Banana, Peanut Butter, Yoghurt, Cinnamon and any extra mix-ins. Step 2:     Blend until smooth. If you'd like the smoothie thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Pour and enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie

  BLUBERRY SMOOTHIE Ingredients: Almond Milk - 1 1/2 Cup  Banana - 1 (Halved) Blueberries - 1 1/2 Cup (Frozen) Yogurt - 3/4 Fresh Blueberries and Mint Sprigs for Garnish (Optional) Instructions: Step 1:     Place the almond milk, banana, blueberries and yoghurt in a blender. Step 2:     Blend until completely smooth. Step 3:      Pour into glasses and serve, topped with blueberries and mint if desired.

Vanilla Milk

VANILLA MILK Ingredients: Vanilla Sugar (Optional) Milk - 1 Cup Vanilla Syrup - 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Syrup: Water - 1 Cup Granulated Sugar - 1 Cup Vanilla Bean - 1 (Split lengthwise) Instructions: Step 1:     Optional: Put vanilla sugar on a small plate. Lightly brush the rim of a glass with syrup and dip upside down in vanilla sugar coat rim. Step 2:     Pour milk into a glass and stir in about 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup until combined. Taste and add more syrup if desired. Vanilla Syrup: Step 3:     Put water and sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until sugar is completely dissolved and mixture has thickened a bit. Step 4:     Pour syrup into a heat-proof jar or container. Scrape out some of the seeds from the sliced open vanilla pod with a sharp knife and add them and the vanilla bean into the syrup.
