Cornmeal Muffins

CORNMEAL MUFFINS Ingredients : Cornmeal - 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup Baking Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon Milk - 1 Cup Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup Egg - 1 Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your oven into 180 degrees Celsius and grease an 8-inch square baking dish or a similar-sized skillet . Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil and egg. Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't over mix; a few lumps are okay. Step 5: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.  Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean and the tops are golden brown. Step 7: Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. 

Chocolate Lava Cake

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE Ingredients: Butter - 3 Tablespoons Semi Sweet Chocolates - 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup Egg - 1 Egg Yolk - 1 Vanilla - 1/2 Teaspoon Flour - 1/4 Cup Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Step 2: In a bowl, combine butter and chocolate and melt in microwave or on stove top. Stir every 30 seconds in the microwave until melted and smooth. Step 3: Add in powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir until combined. Step 4: Add in flour and mix until just combined. Don't over stir. Step 5: Evenly divide mixture into the two ramekins. Step 6: Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is still slightly soft. Remove from the oven and let sit for 1 minute. Step 7: Turn ramekin upside down onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with fresh berries and ice cream if desired.

BLONDIES Ingredients : Unsalted Butter - 1 Cup (Melted) Brown Sugar - 2 Cups Eggs - 2 Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon White Chocolate Chips - 1 Cup (or your choice of mix-ins like nuts or butterscotch chips) Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed. Step 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until the batter is smooth. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Step 6: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips or your chosen mix-ins. Step 7: Pour the blondie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly. DALGONA COFFEE Ingredients: Instant Coffee - 1 Tablespoon Sugar - 1 Tablespoons Hot Water - 1 Tablespoons Milk (any kind you prefer) Ice cubes (if making an iced version) Instructions: Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Step 2: Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture. Start at low speed and gradually increase too high. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes thick and light in color. This might take a few minutes. Step 3: In a glass, add ice cubes if making iced Dalgona coffee. Then pour in milk, leaving some space at the top. Step 4: Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk. Step 5: You can garnish it with a dusting of cocoa powder or a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like. Step 6: Stir well before drinking to mix the coffee and milk. Enjoy your homemade Dalgona coffee! Note: Remember, you can adjust the sweetness and strength of the coffee to your taste by varying the amount of sugar and instant coffee used.

GULAB JAMUN  Ingredients: Milk Powder - 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour - 1/4 Cup Ghee - 1/4 Cup Baking Soda - A Pinch Milk - 1/4 Cup Oil or Ghee (For Frying) For the Sugar Syrup: Sugar - 1 Cup Water - 1 Cup Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon  A Few Saffron Strands (Optional)  Instructions: Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, flour, ghee and a pinch of baking soda. Mix them well. Step 2: Add the milk gradually and kneed the mixture into a smooth, soft dough. You can add a little more milk if needed. Step 3: Divide the dough into small, equal-sized portions and roll them into smooth balls. Make sure there are no cracks in the balls. Step 4: Heat oil or ghee in a pan for frying over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low-medium and carefully add the dough balls. Step 5:  Fry the dough balls on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown. LASAGNA Ingredients : Lasagna Noodles - 500g Ground Beef - 450g Small Onion - 1 (Chopped) Garlic - 2 Cloves (minced) Crushed Tomatoes - 700g Tomato Paste - 340g 2Tomato Sauce - 340g Sugar - 2 Teaspoons Dried Basil - 2 Teaspoons Salt - 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano - 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon Ricotta Cheese - 3 Cups Egg - 1 Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - 3 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese - 3/4 Cup Instructions: Step 1: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Step 2: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic and sauté until they're tender. COCONUT  SNOWBALLS Ingredients: Sweetened Shredded Coconut - 3 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon Salt -1/8 Teaspoon Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1 Cup (Optional, For dipping) Vegetable Shortening - 1 Tablespoon (If dipping in chocolate) Additional Shredded Coconut - For Filling Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 160 Celsius degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined. Step 3: Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.  Step 4: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the coconut turns golden brown.   BURGER Ingredients: Ground Beef - 450g Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon Hamburger Buns - 4 Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.. ) Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Step 2: While the grill or pan is heating up, divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Step 3: Place the burger patties on the grill or in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or adjust the cooking time to your preferred level of doneness. Step 4: While the burgers are cooking, you can toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a separate pan for a minute or two until they're lightly browned. Step 5: Assemble your burger by placing the cooked patty on the bottom half of the bun and adding your choice of toppings. Step 6: Finally, place the top half of the bun
