Dalgona Coffee
DALGONA COFFEE |
Ingredients:
- Instant Coffee - 1 Tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 Tablespoons
- Hot Water - 1 Tablespoons
- Milk (any kind you prefer)
- Ice cubes (if making an iced version)
Instructions:
Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
Step 2:
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to beat the mixture. Start at low speed and gradually increase too high. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes thick and light in color. This might take a few minutes.
Step 3:
In a glass, add ice cubes if making iced Dalgona coffee. Then pour in milk, leaving some space at the top.
Step 4:
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.
Step 5:
You can garnish it with a dusting of cocoa powder or a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like.
Step 6:
Stir well before drinking to mix the coffee and milk. Enjoy your homemade Dalgona coffee!
Note:
Remember, you can adjust the sweetness and strength of the coffee to your taste by varying the amount of sugar and instant coffee used.
