Ingredients:
- Unsalted Butter - 1 Cup (Melted)
- Brown Sugar - 2 Cups
- Eggs - 2
- Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon
- All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups
- Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- White Chocolate Chips - 1 Cup (or your choice of mix-ins like nuts or butterscotch chips)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3:
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until the batter is smooth.
Step 4:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5:
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 6:
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips or your chosen mix-ins.
Step 7:
Pour the blondie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Step 8:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 9:
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
