MY SECRET PASTA

Ingredients:

  • Pasta - 500g
  • Chicken - 500g (Cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Medium Shrimp - 500g (Peeled and deveined)
  • Seasoning Powder - 2 Tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Heavy Cream - 1 Cup
  • Cheese - 1 Cup (Grated)
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • Salt and Papper to taste 

Directions:

Step 1:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set it aside. 

Step 2:
    In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Step 3:
    In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set them aside with the chicken.

Step 4:
    In the same pan, add the heavy cream, cheese and minced garlic. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Step 5:
    Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the pan with the sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with seasoning powder and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6:
    Serve the chicken and shrimp Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with additional cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
