Baked Pasta Ingredients : Pasta - 1Kg Tomato - 200g Onion - 2 (Big Size) Chicken - 500g Garlic - 10g Curry Leaves  Chili powder - 1 Teaspoon  Pepper Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon  Cumin Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon  Salt - To Taste  Oil - 1/2 Cup Cheese - 150g Egg - 2 Sauce - 250g For White Sauce: Corn Flour - 100g Egg - 1 Sugar - 2 Teaspoon  Instruction: Step 1: Heat the frying pan. Step 2: Once it heats up well, pour the oil. Step 3: Add onion, garlic, curry leaves and tomato to it. Step 4: Then add chili powder, turmeric power, cumin powder and salt. Step 5: Once it fried well, mash the cooked chicken little by little and add it to it. Step 6: And add the tomato sauce. Step 7: Let it simmer well. Step 8: Keep it separate.   Koththu Rotti Ingredients: Rotti: All Purpose Flor - 2 Cups Salt - 1 Teaspoon Oil - 4 Tablespoon & More Water - 2/3 Cup Koththu: Chicken Breast - 450g (Ashad and cut into thin strips) Cinnamon - 2 Sticks Chili Powder - 1 Teaspoon Lime - 2 Teaspoons Crushed Ginger and Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons Onions - 2 (Thinly sliced) Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup Tomato Paste - 2 Tablespoons Sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon Capsicum - 1 Cup (Sliced) Large Carrot - 1 (Thinly Sliced) Eggs - 2 Oil - 4 Tablespoons Curry Leaves Salt (to taste) Instructions: Step 1: For the rotis, sieve the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the oil first and gradually add warm water. Keep mixing until the dough is formed and not sticky. Add another 1 tbsp oil and knead until smooth.   Oil Cake (Athirasa) Ingredients: Raw Red Rice - 2 Cups Grated Jaggery - 1 1/2 Cups Poppy Seeds - 2 Teaspoons Cooking Oil - 3 Teaspoons Oil for Frying - 1 Cup Nutmeg Powder - 1 Teaspoon Instructions: Step 1: Wash the rice 4-5 times until the color of washed water changes from red to colorless. Step 2: Soak the rice overnight. Drain the water and shade dry for 45 minutes and take care that little water content remains in the rice. Step 3: Powder the rice into fine flour in the mixture and sieve the flour and repeat the step until all the rice is done into fine flour. Step 4: Take grated jaggery into thick pan, pour in little water, and prepare syrup of single thread consistency. Remove from flame, now pour in the powdered rice flour into the syrup, add the poppy seeds, nutmeg powder with continuous stirring. Step 5: Add the cooking oil. FRIED RICE Ingredients : Uncooked or Long Grain White Rice - 1 Cup Water - 2 Cups Vegetable Oil - 2 Tablespoons Onion - 1/4 Cup (Minced) Garlic - 1 Tablespoon (Minced) Carrots - 1/2 Cup (Diced) Oil - 1 Teaspoon Large Eggs - 2 (Beaten) Peas - 1 Cup Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper - 1/8 Teaspoon Green Onions - 2 Tablespoons (Sliced)                           Instructions: Cook the Rice Step 1: Add uncooked rice to a fine-mesh strainer. Rinse and wash under running cool water until it runs clear, scrubbing the rice in between your hands several times, about 1 minute. Shake and lightly press to drain. Step 2: In a medium pot, add rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring a few times. Cover and reduce to low heat and simmer. Cook until the rice absorbs the water and becomes tender, about 10 to 15 minutes, or according to the manufacturer's directions. Turn off the heat and keep covered for 10 minutes. Cornmeal Muffins

CORNMEAL MUFFINS Ingredients : Cornmeal - 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup Baking Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon Milk - 1 Cup Vegetable Oil - 1/4 Cup Egg - 1 Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your oven into 180 degrees Celsius and grease an 8-inch square baking dish or a similar-sized skillet . Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil and egg. Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't over mix; a few lumps are okay. Step 5: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.  Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean and the tops are golden brown. Step 7: Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. 

Chocolate Lava Cake

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE Ingredients: Butter - 3 Tablespoons Semi Sweet Chocolates - 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup Egg - 1 Egg Yolk - 1 Vanilla - 1/2 Teaspoon Flour - 1/4 Cup Instructions: Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Step 2: In a bowl, combine butter and chocolate and melt in microwave or on stove top. Stir every 30 seconds in the microwave until melted and smooth. Step 3: Add in powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir until combined. Step 4: Add in flour and mix until just combined. Don't over stir. Step 5: Evenly divide mixture into the two ramekins. Step 6: Bake for 12-13 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is still slightly soft. Remove from the oven and let sit for 1 minute. Step 7: Turn ramekin upside down onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with fresh berries and ice cream if desired.

BLONDIES Ingredients : Unsalted Butter - 1 Cup (Melted) Brown Sugar - 2 Cups Eggs - 2 Vanilla Extract - 1 Teaspoon All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon White Chocolate Chips - 1 Cup (or your choice of mix-ins like nuts or butterscotch chips) Instructions: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed. Step 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until the batter is smooth. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Step 6: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips or your chosen mix-ins. Step 7: Pour the blondie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
